Can you please try the following steps to resolve this:

1) Uninstall Tickstory
2) In C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Tickstory\Tickstory Lite, delete the TickstoryLite.config file.
3) Re-install Tickstory.

Please let us know if this resolves the problem. FYI, this does not occur the 'Standard' version of Tickstory.
