Tickstory

Hi All!

How can it be, that TDS and Tickstory have from the same source (Ducascopy) different number of ticks?
I made a test on EURUSD between 2012.01.01. and 2017.07.31. and I saw a huge difference. The TDS had appr. 140.000.000 but Tickstory had appr. 153.000.000 ticks..... The result was also very different. At the Tickstory I had much better result.

Why?

Hi Csaba,

Unfortunately we can't tell you why the tick count is different with TDS since we don't use it. What we can tell you is that we export all the raw ticks from Dukascopy as-is and the only thing that should affect the tick count is the "Filter duplicate tick" checkbox.
