I have a valid 1.8 License, but when I go to my usual download link provide with the original purchase, I get only this: “File Download – Tickstory_v1.8.7.zip (Not Available)”

What gives?

What is the duration/validity of the links?

Considering that we don't get notified by email when updates come out and only when we start the application, 7 days is MUCH too short.

Please consider changing that to much longer or at least sending out email notifications to your customers when an update comes out.

The best would just be a permanant link or a shared link to all versions, not just the latest one.

Thanks for the feedback. We are currently working on enhancing the update procedure. We have been trying to limit the number of emails we send where possible, however we may explore the option of email notifications for updates.
