Error Message when Testing The Server

Hi, Whenever I Test the Server, it shows these following Error:
The Remote Server Returned an Error (404): Not Found
What should I do?

Hi Cygnus007,
We've just tried the "test" option on our side and everything is fine. This either means that 1) Dukascopy's servers were temporarily down at the time of your attempt or 2) that your ISP and/or network administrator is disallowing access to the data repository.
If you have successfully utilised Tickstory before it is more than likely the cause was 1) and retrying again should work.
