Several problems - retrieving data & access denied

Hi there!
I've downloaded the little version. I've been having problems. It downloaded the data but then it couldn't launch MT4
I thought buying Tickstory (the payed version) would solve the problem. So I bought it. It downloaded the data and launched MT4, but then MT4 would not find it for doing the tests.
I uninstalled MT4 and Tickstory (both the little and payed version). I installed Tickstory and MT4. I launched and closed MT4. Then I launched Tickstory. I tried to download data but it wouldn't. I tried the "Show chart..." in any pair, and when I hit Request, it will stay at 0% till timeout.
I've been all afternoon. It has been a bit frustrating. I am in a Windows 10. I would like to get it working here and then try in my several VPS's that I use for testing. Please help.

Hi Surfvani,

If you are exporting and you are getting "Access denied" errors while exporting to MT4, you have most likely specified an inaccessible directory as your "Dukascopy store folder". Select another folder that you can write to and it should resolve this error and also the problem of not being able to see the charts (etc).
