Tickstory

Hello

First I want to apologize for my bad English, this is not my native language.
I bought the Tickstory soft at the 28/03/2016 ...version 1.7.4.0
At the beginning no problem and since a few weeks, when I try to lauch the MT4, a window open whith this message : A suitable laucher could not be found for your Metatrader version.
I read a lot of topics here and try all possible..... I checked the MT4 installation.....the path is ok...I install .net 3.5.....enter one more time the licence number....I get crazy !!!!
Could you help me please ?

It is likely that your MT4 has been automatically upgraded to the new version which is not supported by 1.7.x. We have sent you some details of how you can upgrade your software to resolve this issue.
