Tickstory

I am having some trouble exporting tick-story tick data to .CSV file.
I need it to be in .CSV format for proper back-testing and am not sure what I am doing wrong.
This is what I have done so far.

- Clicked on pair in tick-story (USDCAD)
- Chose option to export to file using tick data

I chose the file-path to be my desktop for easier access but when I check to see after the download starts, I notice all the files are in a folder in .bi5 format.
I would appreciate if someone can tell me what I am doing incorrectly and how to correct this so that I can have my tick data saved in .CSV format.

Hi Texx1312,

When you are exporting to file, please be sure to specify the full pathname along with filename (eg. C:\Users\MyName\Documents\USDCAD.csv). Once the export completes, the exported file will reside in the location you specified.
