Tickstory

I just purchased a license last night and installed Tickstory. Then installed a fresh copy of MT4 only to find it is already at build 971, while my license only supports up to build 970. I'd like to get to using this thing, do you have an installed for build 970? And how do I ensure that it won't auto update? I've seen instructions in other posts but they weren't super clear to me.

Hi Jt27,

v1.8.1 has been released to support Build 971 - just use your download link to get the latest. If you still want to suppress auto-updates when launching from Tickstory, go to File->Settings->MT4 Settings and in the 'Command-line launcher args' field, add "/skipupdates" (without the quotes).

But i can not open MT4 Platform via tickstory.

Did you apply the new license that you were issued for v1.8.1? If you are still having issues, please give some further details of the error you are getting (ideally a screenshot).

I reinstall v1.8.1 and use New License Code from v1.8.0 mail ->It's Work now!
