Hello,

I'm currently using FXCM MT4 Build 950.

The following attachment is the error message i get when i try to launch MT4 from Tickstory after exporting the datas to MT4 .

Can you assist me with this problem?

Hi Omgitzluc,

You require the licensed version of Tickstory to be able to work with the latest MT4 Build 950. The free version only supports earlier versions of MT4 and does not offer official support.

This time after launching MT4 from tickstory, i get this message.

Thank you for registering. Could you please follow the trouble-shooting steps described in our FAQ under the question "I am getting a launcher error when starting MT4.":

If it's still giving issues, could you kindly give a screenshot of your File->Settings window to show your MT4 setup?

Thanks, Omgitzluc. Can you please confirm that you have tried the trouble-shooting check-list? Is MT4 starting up? If so, are you able to try pressing "Launch" (F8) again once it has started up to see if this addresses the issue? is there anything notable about your O/S? I assume you're using Windows 10?

Sorry for the late reply, I was at work.

I got it to work.

What I did was run tickstory as Admin.

After that instead of clicking the run through MT4, I pressed F8.

But the modeling quality is 99.90% thou, not 99.99%.

Oh wait sorry, nvm it's supposed to be 99.9% not 99.99%, plz ignore the last sentence.
