Hi @tickstory,
I need your kind assistance for similar request.
I would like to transfer the second instance of Tickstory from my old laptop which has insufficient processing capacity to a new desktop.

Hi Skleesg,
Your license has been reset. Before continuing, please fully uninstall the software from the old machine and then you can proceed to install and activate on the new machine.
