Hello,

I have the same issue with download/export GOLD as Windik. After export data to MT4, I see that they are all 1Kb. I have enough dick-space. Downloading the data in TickStory from 01-01-2015 till 01-03-2016 is done within ca. 10sec. which is very quick.

Could you please help me with this issue.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Qli13,

Sorry we didn't catch this earlier - your post just made us realise what the issue may be. Are you using the symbol "XAUUSD" to get your GOLD data? This is the symbol that contains the actual GOLD information - you should be able to view it in the Tickstory data viewer. The symbol "AUCMDUSD" is also provided by Dukascopy however it currently contains no data. We have included it just incase they intend to populate it with historical data. We've added a note to clarify the description for the next version.

Hope this resolves the issue!

Hello,

Thanks for explanation. It resolved the issue and with data downloaded via "XAUUSD" I can back test GOLD correctly.

Great news! That issue was confusing us a bit ;) Remember that if you have any similar issues, try viewing the data in the Data Viewer first.
