Tickstory - paid version

this morning my TT4 updated to v.970, now I see the same message as above but I was not able to start MT4 from TS, I also tried start as admin w/ f8 ...
how can I get it work?

We are preparing an update to support Build 970 very shortly. In the mean-time, you can download Build 950 from here to roll-back:

Backup your existing terminal.exe in your MT4 Installation Folder and copy the one from the zip file. You will then need to ensure the /skipupdate parameter is in your MT4 Launch Parameters in Tickstory File->Settings.

Tickstory v1.8 has just been released which includes support for Build 970. Registered users should be receiving an email shortly with important information about the upgrade.

We've raised this issue with our payment provider, FastSpring. Until this gets properly resolved, can you please try proceed through the check-out with credit card payment and don't apply your coupon until you see the credit card details form? You should then be able to apply your coupon without entering any credit card information. Hopefully this works around the issue for the moment.

i have the same problem. i tryed everything. run as administrator, but doesn't work.

This is most likely because MT4 has auto-updated to Build 1010. If you use the download link you were sent for v1.8.x (check your email since we resent it), you will receive the latest v1.8.3 which supports this new build.
