Correct DST periods

hello,

My Broker is in Cyprus so when I am exporting to MT4 I change "Adjust timezone" to UTC+2 with European/London DST.

But when I press the " ! " button I noticed Transition Starts on 1/Mar and Transition Ends 1/Oct for all the years.

This is incorrect, for example this year Transition Starts on 27/Mar and Transition Ends on 30/10.

how can I edit those periods?
