chart shows up weird when i use tickstory date

Hi Tickstory,

I am not sure why this is happening, but when i delete my mt4 history and then download tickstory data, my chart shows up like the attached images in the zipped folder "GBPUSDM30". I have tried everything:

- uninstalling and reinstalling mt4 (fxcm)
- changing directory of where i have installed mt4 (program files and out of program files)
- trying different currency pairs


My other machine is fine but this machine (that I have to use this mt4 on) is showing up like this - is there any way you can help me?

Maybe there is a debug file or something that I can run that will help resolve this issue?

I really hope you can help.
The settings I download the data with are attached "Tickstory download settings"

Please let me know how I can resolve this

As noted, we only provide limited support for the free version unless of course there is a demonstrable & reproducible issue with the software (or if a licensed user can confirm any anomalous behaviour). If you wish us to investigate, you will need to provide full & detailed instructions about how to consistently reproduce the problem on our side.
