Hi Matdust,

Your Dukascopy store location folder looks like it's located in an MT4 installation. Any reason for this? Your second-last post seems to indicate you found the file? I'm not sure Windows search will look into the AppData directory so you'll need to manually locate it.

Hi Matdust,

As per our discussion offline, your "Dukascopy Store Folder" had an incorrect directory specification in it which was causing the error. Once a valid, writable folder was specified, there was no further error.

Hi - you will need to close Metatrader while exporting because it "locks" the data files and prevents them from being written to.
Therefore, shutdown Metatrader and try exporting again.
