Downloading Data

Hi
Since this morning I cannot access Dukas anymore.
The Tools > Download Data Option is not active anymore.
I usually update my pair data once every week on Saturday mornings.
I have reinstalled Ticklite, signed in on FB and got nowhere with it.
Launching MT4 works fine and so does the MT4 Data Editor.

My Internet connection is up.

Any ideas?
