Could not locate downloaded data in the specifed directory

Good day all,
Through my licenced tickstory account i downloaded the price of gold from 2015 to 2020 but i have not been able to locate the file in the selected directory.
How do i locate the file? Is there something i should have done that i have not?

I need your help!!!

Hi Ebenezerolaleye,

Assuming you are doing a file export, the output data will reside in the folder you specified in the "Output filename" as shown in the attached screenshot. Please refer to this video that shows you the steps to export data to file.

If you are referring to something else, could you please give us further details of what you are doing such as a screenshot.
