Tickstory

Hello TickStory support,

I have actually 2 problems:
1. When I want to export data to MT4 from Tickstory, then an export is only in "Pending" status for a very long time. Please see picture. I tried to run TickStory also with an administration permissions.

2. When I try to run tester in MetaTrader 4 then I receive error:
"TickstoryInfoExpert EURUSD,M15: Error - could not open file Mt4.International Capital Markets Pty Ltd..Server.mt4config for writing. Ensure permissions have been granted."
plus "TestGenerator: symbol EURUSD period 5 model 0 from 2018.01.01 to 2019.01.11"

Any suggestions please?

Hi Tomeo,

In answer to your questions:

1) We've recently added a new setting in Tickstory ("Maximum tasks") which needs to be explicitly set in the configuration. To resolve this, could you please go to your settings and then press 'OK' (in General->Max tasks, the value should be 5). Once you do this, it should automatically start the next task you add (you can also manually kick it off by right-clicking it and selecting 'Start task').

2) It's likely that your filename is causing the issue. Please force a filename in the expert properties. More information on the forum and FAQ here:
