My tickstory doesent download the data
these are attachments
why?

Hi Armyda,

The reason why you are getting your error is because you have specified a "Dukascopy Store location" which is writeable. That is, instead of specifying C:\Program Files\ (which is not writable), please specify a writable location such as in your Documents folder.

I had the same problem regarding the error even though I had changed the destination folder to document Joseph

This is not the same error - as "access denied". You may see this data if trying to download the data multiple times. Tickstory should recover from the error. If you are repeatedly seeing it, just pre-download the data using the "Download" function first before exporting data. That should resolve it.
