I run a server 2003 in ECS,and setup tickstory successfuly,and.net 3.5 is in my system.
but,it doesn't work after double click.
there is a error report.

Given that Windows Server 2003 is end-of-life, we can't really offer much more than what was in that thread. If .NET v3.5 SP2 is installed, then this is the only pre-requisite for Tickstory.
Do note that we intend to update Tickstory in the coming months to a later version of .NET (since v3.5 is also being obsolesced by Microsoft), so at that stage you will need to use a later operating system to get Tickstory to work.
