Some suggestions: for The Manual

Hi, just a couple of small suggestions, regarding the manual.
1 It may surprise you but most people only use TICKS for the final test of the EA,
Optimizing can take years, using Ticks. So with that in mind you should include;
specific instructions in the Manual, how to download & use the Historic data
for simple OPEN PRICES ONLY. Do you need FXT files? Do you need to launch
from Tickstory? What to do & what not to do? For the Newbie this is not clear!
2 An explanation of the 'Metatrader Info' in the Manual would also be useful,
I mean does anybody know what 'GTC PENDING' means? What is the difference
between LOT POINT & LOT STEP?
3 Also, with the new 600 Build, some of the file locations mentioned in the Manual
are now wrong and need to be revised.
