i have the same problem with avatrade, when putting the conf file i created in EA it doesnt saves it, err msg:

2018.11.27 10:18:09.847 2018.07.30 13:00:00 TickstoryInfoExpert-NASDAQ100 Settings NASDAQ100,H1: Error - could not open file Mt4.Ava Trade Ltd..Server.mt4config for writing. Ensure permissions have been granted.

this issue was resolved now i am on a demo account in AVA all seems fine but it doesnt work,

Hi Rob,

Please check the "Journal" tab to know whether the EA has run. For the EA to run, you must have at least one tick come in from the broker.
