Hi tickstory, today my MT4 has been updated to 825 build and I got the message:

Now modelling quality is n/a. Could you check it please?

Hi Armnic1
I have the same problems as you. I think now that it is the upgrade to build 830 that
screwed me around. It sneaked in when I went online for a while. I did not notice it
at first. Check that out, maybe it happened to you as well.

Good day,

I have installed MT4 build 765 and Tickstory Lite 1.5.. I followed the instructions to have a 99.9% modelling quality. At first backtest it shows 99.9% model but when I repeat to backtest again now It shows n/a. What is the reason of this issues?

Thank you.

Hi Alvincris,

Just to let you know that the free version of Tickstory is supported by the community. If you would like to resolve your issue, we suggest you use the number of FAQs and forum notes that are available or wait for a community member to respond. Otherwise, we would obviously recommend the paid version if you would like further assistance.

Thanks.
