Please help me, I downloaded the ticks for MT5 of XAUUSD and everything is fine when I view the chart in tester strategy but if I open the OPTIMIZATION using the MT5 AGENTS as soon as I start the optimization all the agents disconnect immediately (not in use ) and if I use the internal Cores of the machine the optimization stops immediately and continuously changing random numbers appear in the column of operations performed.
If the optimization is carried out in the same way, everything proceeds normally wiyh the Broker's XAUUSD symbol.
I kindly ask you for prompt help because I need to complete an important job for which I have to use Dukascopy TICKS
