downloaded data but not appear on history center

Hello Tickstory,
i'm facing issue with downloaded data.
instrument: usoil
timefraem: m15
tickstory downloaded data: 2013-2023
issue: available data 2021-2023
on history center: database 65091 / 251399 records
i clicked download and refresh but nothing changed.

Hi Tickwaiting,
Please make sure you have mapped the Tickstory symbol you are exporting to your broker symbol name (USOIL), as described in the manual. You may also need to restart your MT4 to ensure the data has been refreshed. Also, in MT4's Tools->Options->Charts menu, make sure you have set "Max bars in history" and "Max bars in Charts" to a large value such as 9999999999999. It will automatically set the value to the maximum allowable.
