Hello to TickStory Team and membership.

I recently (1 month ago) bought a "Standard" licence for Tickstory and so far, so good ! thank you.
I just wanted to download last month XAUUSD ticks but my key does not stay active on tickstory software.

Impossible to find in my emails the licence key you sent to me.

I used the email with the one I registered on this forum. Can you please contact me in MP and help me to recover my licence key?

Please note that if you would like to extend your Support and Updates subscription, you can do so by going to Help->About and clicking the "Renew" button.
