Hi everybody.
I started yesterday to download data but the download speed is extremely slow, and got this errors "The operation has timed out [20]" At the start I made a test on Dukascopy and it worked. Now during the download I've retried but give me an error of Time Out of Operation

Could you please make sure you are using the latest registered version 1.9.7.3 by checking the Help->About box (The About box should also display your license information which will confirm you are correctly using the licensed version).

Also, could you please confirm how many symbols you are trying to download at the same time? If you can try just 1 or 2 symbols at a time, you should be downloading from our own fast data servers since you have an active subscription.

I dont know what heppened but seems to work fine.
I reinstalled program and now is quite fast.
I'll go on with backtest
