Hi there,

MT4 verison 4.00 build 1350, launch MT4 is not working.

Also, I've used my subscriber download link but it keeps on downloading version 1.6.9.2 not 1.6.9.4.

Is there an update for version MT4 build 1350?

How do I get a link that works for the current version of Tick Story?

We can confirm that the latest Tickstory v1.9.6.5 works with MT4 Build 1350. To obtain this version via your download link, you will need to ensure you have an active subscription. You can do this by going to File->About in Tickstory and clicking the "Renew" button. Once you have completed the prompts your download link will immediately be updated so you can access the latest version.
