Not able to move license to new PC

Hi,

I've looked at other posts saying that I just need to deinstall TS from my old PC and reinstall into new PC and I can move my license across.

That's not working for me. Done the deinstall. Tried to install into new PC and a message shows up that states I have over 2 activations.

What do I do next?

Thanks for the info. Could you please start/activate the software on your new machines? Please ensure you have uninstalled from any inactive PCs first (if applicable/possible).

Also, is it ok for us to update your forum email so it matches your license?
