New account. Why is my data 'Pending' and will not download??? Please help

Could you please go to Tickstory's File->Settings->General and ensure your "Max simultaneous tasks" setting is not zero (optimal setting is 5). The next task you start should begin automatically (you can also right-click on the task and start it manually).

Thank you that has worked, however i am now receiving the following message "Time Message

Good to hear the issue is resolved. For the "Access denied" error, this means you are trying to write in a location that is not accessible to Tickstory.
To resolve this, please specify a writeable folder such as:
c:\Users\yourname\Documents\{symbol}_mt5_ticks.csv
where "yourname" is your login name (you can check the path is valid in Windows Explorer).
This should resolve the issue you are seeing. If you haven't already, please check out our video on the MT5 export process here:
