Tickstory

I just bought license to Tickstory Standard.

When I go to download forex data to MT5 or MT4 I get a error of Access to Path Denied.

Please assist.

The 'access denied' error is caused because the "Program Files" folder you are trying to write to is protected.
To avoid the error, please specify a full path such as to your Documents folder (eg. C:\Users\YourName\Documents\{Symbol}.csv). More information about this error can be found in our FAQ:
