Strategy Tester does not work even for custom MT4 EA

Dear Support,

I have downloaded data according to your "5 steps..." movie. XM MT4, Demo 2 server, just wanted to do a test, so only September 2019 data downloaded. I can`t test any of my EAs, even the custom MACD already available in every MT4. What should I double check to make sure Strategy Tester works correctly?
