Export to csv no longer working after upgrade to 1.9.4.1(S)
Export to csv was working with previous version 1.9.1.0 on Windows 7.
I have recently upgraded OS to Windows 10 and took opportunity to upgrade Tickstory Pro as well afterwrds. Unfortunately, I can't get the export to csv working on new OS with new version of Tickstory?
I get access path denied error?
I've attached screen captures of Tickstory showing error message as well as of window's Folder Properties showing that access should be available?
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Cambo,
When you export to file, please specify a full pathname to a writable folder. For example, if you want to export to your Documents folder, use something like:
c:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\{Symbol}.csv
This should resolve the error you are seeing which is caused by Tickstory not having access to the specified folder (i.e. Program files).
