M1 Offline Chart is not matching the downloaded data

Hi there,

I downloaded EURUSD from 2018.04.02 to 2018.07.27, when I open M1 offline chart, it only shows the data from 2018.05.25 to 2018.07.27, I tried to download other different date of data, I got the same result, it seems M1 offline chart only show two month data no matter of how much data is being downloaded.

Hi Honggao,

In order to narrow down the issue, before you export ensure that:

1) You are logged out of MT4 (Go to File->Login to trade account and type an invalid password).
2) Quit your MT4 terminal prior to export.
3) Select the full date range to export in Tickstory.
4) Start MT4 and perform a test - make sure you are getting 99% modelling quality (if you aren't, please check out our FAQ in the manual).
5) You can then check your offline charts and they should match your exported date range.
