TickstoryInfo Expert Error (ensure permissions granted)

Hi,
I try to gather the information of my mt4 ic markets account with the Tickstory Info Expert (which you can deploy under Export to MT4 > Help).
I let it run in the mt4; but an Error occurs: Could not open file Mt4.International Capital Markets Pty Ltd..Server.mt4config for writing. Ensure permissions have been granted.

I really don't know what changes I have to make to my mt4.
In the manual this problem is not described.

Please help.

Hi AndrewB,

This error can be caused by the auto-constructed filename being invalid. You can override the filename by specifying it in the config options as described in our trouble-shooting FAQ here:

Thanks very much, it was very easy to solve the problem.
I just handed to write the name of the file into the input parameters.
