Tickstory

Dear Sir or Madam,

I purchased a licence for tickstory.
I downloaded version 1.9.3.
I tried to download some historical instrument forex data but I receive a messega at the download window as follows:

"Export ist fehlgeschlagen: Der Zugriff auf den Pfad "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tickstory\AUDNZD.csv" wurder verweigert."
"Export failed: the access to the path folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tickstory\AUDNZD.csv" has been denied."

Do you have an idea what I am doing wrong.

Hi Robert,

This error is caused as by default you are attempting to write to the location where the application is installed. The Program Files folder, however is protected.
To avoid the error, please specify a full path such as to your Documents folder. More information can be found in our FAQ:
