Not getting accurate OHLC in Strategy Tested with Tickstory

I am using TickStory Standard and still getting whacky results when using the Strategy Tester on MT4. I wrote a simple EA to print what sort of Open, High, Low, Close data that Strategy Tester is providing to the EA and found it was sending the Open value for all OHLC. ie Open[0], Close[0], High[0], Low[0] has the same value even though using the highest setting on Strategy Tester .. 1) The version of Tickstory & Metatrader you are using.
2) Whether your report says "99.9%" modelling quality.
3) The code you are using.
4) Any other relevant information such as your Strategy Tester settings.
