Tickstory

I am trying to register the software. After I bought the tickstory lisence, it sent me an email saying 'To activate this lisense, go to Help->License code in Tickstory and enter this code'
The problem is, there is not 'License code' menu under Help!!
Can't find it

Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of the software from the link you were emailed upon purchase. If you go to Help->About, it should read v1.8.9.2 (as of today).

The problem is I can't open the software. I did install the latest, from the email link that was sent to me.
I just get this screen, and then it closes.

Could you please confirm if Microsoft .NET v3.5 SP1 (specifically this version) is installed on your PC? If not, could you kindly install it using this link:
