I opened an issue regarding my problem to launch MT4 with Tickstory.
In response I got a PM from forum admin asking me for my initial mail.
I can't answer this PM due to my newbie status on the forum and I don't want to post my e-mail on public thread.

what's the way I can communicate and answer the admin question, please?
