Hi Forum
Download EURUSD, I always receive tick data stored in subfolders year>month>day>*.bi5.
What I wanted to generate is a .csv (, delimited) file using "Generic bar format Comma delimited".
The export, however, is always as tick file.
Any idea how to fix this?

Hi Wienholtw,

It looks like you're checking the incorrect folder for your exported data. The .CSV file will exist in the "File path" you specified when exporting, so check that location for your corresponding CSV file.
