HOW DO I FIND MY LOST LICENSE KEY ??? Someone Please Help

I lost my license key for the tickstory about a year ago, how do i recover it, I looked through this forum but did not find any way to contact support. What does one do when a license key is lost? How do I recover it? Could some one please help.
