Problem solved by uninstalling, and then deleting the database saved in roaming directory. Then reinstalling.

Hi BigTE,

Do you have a proxy enabled and/or specified in your Tickstory File->Settings->Dukascopy Datasource? Does the 'Test' button work? Could you please give a screenshot of your settings?

Hi BigTE - missed your second message until just then. Sounds a bit odd that deleting the database addressed the problem. It is possible that the "Use proxy" was accidentally set without any proxy settings. This can cause this issue.

Appreciate that you let us know how you fixed it.
