Again no suitable launcher

My situation:
I have a registered version of Tickstory. Ensured key is activated
Using the ActivTrades MT4. Tickstory worked fine until today
Using Windows 7. Running as administrator
Checked the destination folder. It is ok
Laptop of 2.8 GHz and 16 GB RAM. Very powerful
Tried to reinstall both Tickstory and the Activtrades platform
No way to launch.
Please advise
