I just purchased Tickstory and Tried to back test Ea with some forex pairs but it showed me error" Tester cannot calculate price. I used to use your product 3 months ago on another computer and testing without any problem. Can you give me a solution?
It is likely that one of your "MT4 Settings" is not entirely correct for the symbol you are testing.
Could you kindly check out this post to ensure all your settings are correct:
Could you please post a side-by-side screenshot of the settings you have for steps 3) and 5) so we can help review?
Also, could you please confirm that everything works correctly when back-testing in the 'Control points' modelling method (i.e. when you are not using Tickstory data)?
