Hello I'm "newbie" about the tool and I apologize if the room session is not the right one...I would like to know how correctly using the time zone offset parameter; do I have to set the parameter matching my broker's time zone parameter? Are there other suggest about it?

Hi Bruno,

To start, you may want to consult what time-zone your broker uses (you can usually Google the name of your broker along with "GMT offset" to get a quick answer). After this, you can select the corresponding time-zone in Tickstory when exporting.
