Tried to Export MT4 got Export Failed:Cannot access the file

Hi, as the title suggested, I tried to Download AUS/USD for 2016, and got the error message: Export Failed:Cannot access the file
I am using a Registered TickStory 0.85
Can admin help me

Hi Cygnus007,
Please make sure of that you have closed your Metatrader terminal if you are trying to do a fresh export. (The Metatrader Strategy Tester locks the data files when you are performing tests so they cannot be written to.)
Once you have closed MT4, please try your export again.
