unable to export every tick data to file

hi tickstory
i have just bought 1.8.5
but i found not able to export every tick data to file
when i input any date range, it just export all same present data : "20161210,20:46:13,1.20112,1.2034,1.2001,1.2033 "
please help!!!

Hi Blueseahorse,
When exporting tick data to file, make sure of the following:
- That you are using the "Tick" timeframe.
- That you are using the {BidPrice} and {AskPrice} tokens (and not the {Open}, {High}, {Low}, {Close}).
I suggest you use the Pre-defined "Generic Tick format" to get you started
