Tickstory

I completed the 2 year export but when I go tho open MT4 I get an error:

MT4 Launch issue

a suitable launcher could not be found for your metatrader version


Please advise

I've followed all the instructions on the faq page and still got the same error. The build é 1010.

Please make sure you are using the latest v1.8.4 (we have resent your download link so you can download this version).
The latest version has support for Build 1010.

You was right. My tickstory was not in the in last version. After the upgrade it's worked like a charm. Thank you!

I just downloaded tickstory and am having the same issue that states "a suitable launcher could not be found for your Metatrader version".

My Tickstory version is: 1.8.5.0
My Metatrader version is: Version 4.00, Build 1010 (18 August 2016)

Of course we can assist you. So we can help further, could you kindly give a screenshot of:

- Your Metatrader build (in MT4 go to Help->About).
- The Tickstory application along with the error message you are getting.
