Broker with different suffix

Post by fxpro »

Hello.

I would like to know if the data from dukascopy can be used with a MT4 platform with different suffix. I have a broker with the suffix .e after the name of the crosses. (GBPUSDe)
Or how could I make it working?

Can I use it for testing purpose?

Thank you all in advance.

Regards.

Hi FxPro,

Yes this is possible to do via the "Map To" function. You need to map Dukascopy's GBPUSD to your broker's GBPUSDe symbol.

For more information, please consult the manual for the topic on "Mapping Symbols". There are also lots of helpful posts on the "Map To" function: http://tickstory.com/forum/search.php?k ... c=1&sf=all. Our FAQ also has some helpful hints if you are running into any difficulties: http://tickstory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=613.

Hope this helps.
