Are there any server issues? i can't seem to get the tickstory to work properly it downloads damaged data. Is there something wrong?

There has been an odd occurrence with one user so far, however when we downloaded the data range they mention directly from Dukascopy, all was fine.

It could be there was some sort of temporary glitch with the data on the Dukascopy servers that was since resolved.
